Musculoskeletal initial consultation
Including case history, examination, diagnosis and treatment
(allow 45 mins – 1 hour)

ME / CFS initial consultation
Including case history, examination, explanation and background of illness and treatment, prognosis, self treatment
(1½ hours)

Follow Up Treatment Session

Payment Options

Full payment is required at the time of treatment.  Accepted methods of payment are cash, cheque, credit or debit card (NB no card facility available for home visit service).

Medical Insurance

It is recommended that you contact your insurance company before starting treatment to enquire:

• If a medical referral is necessary
• If you are liable to pay any excess
• If there is a restriction on the number of treatments allowed
• If there is a limit on the amount that can be claimed
  

Please advise your physiotherapist if you are using medical insurance prior to starting treatment and bring all relevant documentation, including, membership number, claim number and pre-authorisation code.  Invoices for insurance companies are provided for each treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that a standard consultation fee will be charged for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
